FREE* Shipping on orders over $75.00:

*All orders of $75 or over, within the contiguous United States will receive free ground shipping. All orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $7.50 for ground shipping. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping rates. We do not ship orders outside the contiguous United States. Please allow 10-14 business days for receipt of your order. If you would like to pay for 2nd Day or Next Day shipping, please contact customer service.

Returns and Exchanges:

What if your shoes don't fit? Shoes in NEW and RESALABLE condition may be returned, with your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. The return address is: ShipMyBoots.com, 4959 15th Street Road, Hueytown, AL 35023. Please try your new shoes on in a carpeted area so as to prevent any outsole wear. Only shoes in NEW and RESALABLE condition may be returned. Shoes worn outside may not be returned.

What if you'd like to try another size shoe? You may place a new order for a different size shoe, online or via phone, and return the unworn pair for a credit to your charge card OR you may send the boots back, with the receipt and a note requesting that we order another size, and we'll order the new boots.

What if your shoes are defective? We offer a 60 Day Guarantee on manufacturer defects. If your shoes have a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer Service Dept for a return shipping label. Only returns with manufacturer defects will be honored. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Service Dept.

125% Price Protection:

After making your purchase, if you find the same item on another website for a lower price, we will refund you 125% of the difference in the lower price and the ShipMyBoots price. Based on the following guidelines, please contact Customer Service for your refund.
