What if you'd like to try another size shoe? You may place a new order for a different size shoe, online or via phone, and return the unworn pair for a credit to your charge card OR you may send the boots back, with the receipt and a note requesting that we order another size, and we'll order the new boots.
What if your shoes are defective? We offer a 60 Day Guarantee on manufacturer defects. If your shoes have a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer Service Dept for a return shipping label. Only returns with manufacturer defects will be honored. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Service Dept.
Danner & LaCrosse Footwear both charge a 15% restock fee on each pair of returned boots. This does not apply to boots that have a manufacturer defect.
125% Price Protection:
After making your purchase, if you find the same item on another website for a lower price, we will refund you 125% of the difference in the lower price and the ShipMyBoots price. Based on the following guidelines, please contact Customer Service for your refund.
Guidelines:
- Offer is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color as the item purchased from ShipMyBoots.com
